Airport transfers – transfer to and from the airport

We arrange private airport transfers to major airports in Poland. The driver collects passengers from a home, hotel, office or another agreed address and takes them directly to the terminal without changes or shared rides.

The transfer can be provided by an economy car, comfort-class car or a van for up to 7 passengers. The pickup time is planned around the route, scheduled departure, passenger count and luggage. We serve Gdańsk Airport, Warsaw Chopin Airport, Warsaw Modlin Airport and other airports in Poland.

We also provide private transfers from the airport. For airport pickup, we ask for the flight number so the driver can take the scheduled arrival time and possible delay into account. After collecting luggage, the passenger contacts the driver and receives pickup instructions. The vehicle travels directly to the agreed destination without waiting for other travellers.

Airport pickup can be arranged at any time after availability has been confirmed. The service is suitable for night flights, families with children, passengers with more luggage, business travel and longer intercity journeys.

If the next part of your journey departs from another airport, we can arrange a direct transfer between airports. It is a convenient option without searching for train or bus connections and arranging several separate journeys.
